John S. Horvath joined Coldwell Banker Commercial First Place Real Estate in February of 1999 as a commercial real estate agent for the commercial division of First Place Real Estate. Mr. Horvath holds a broker's license and currently works out of the Boardman office as a Broker Associate.
Residing with his wife Elizabeth in Poland, Ohio, Horvath has over twenty-five years of experience in the selling and leasing of commercial real estate, serving such national developers as Developers Diversified Realty Corporation and JJ Gumberg Co., and such national clients as CVS Pharmacies, Applebee’s Restaurants, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Dollar General Stores.
He received his real estate training at Youngstown State University, and is a CCIM candidate.
